At Dowinx, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming setup. If your chair doesn't meet your comfort needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the chair carefully and pack all components, tools, and manuals back into the original Dowinx box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
